Refunds and Returns

Overview

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from us. We will accept refunds and returns or exchanges within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will only accept a return from the original purchaser.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, Refunds sometimes take time for the banks to process the funds so please be patient.

If you have chosen to exchange for another image, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within a couple of weeks, please contact me at mark.dobbs@photolightscapes.com.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please email me at mark.dobbs@photolightscapes.com for a return address.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
